1. Granted this was setup at a temporary location but dirty plates were stacked up behind a bar area in clear view of guests, the two staff members we were ever able to find were rude when asked for a clean bowl (some of the 'clean' ones were visibly dirty) and food and coffee items missing or not being refilled.

5. Guess who i got when I checked out the rude lady again, I asked why we were being charged a green fee on our accoutn? and was told it's a goverment fee talk to them.

6. I did experience staff to be rude and not willing to solve problems that arised (accommodating and professional staff should be exprected at any hotel, Hilton being no exception).

7. I went to get something around 8 o'clock on 6/3/2011 and he got extremely rude and showed his frustration just because I paid him 63 cents with a quarter, two dimes, a few nickels, and three pennies.

8. First of all, all the hilton employees been very friendly and I have never encountered a rude employee at hilton until i stayed here.
