7. Nonetheless, while I see some wear and tear (the hall carpets are getting worn (were there any leaks?), the rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and top-notch.

Since I believe every review needs to be related to value let me preface with: We booked a basic room with AAA Bkfast rate @ $200 per nite incl taxes, upon checkin we were upgraded to a Balcony w/ Bayview (since it was our anniversary) which was a $40 per night upgradeOur room was a decent size, it was definitely clean but a bit worn.
