1. The water pressure was lacking (in spite of having a decent shower-head: Anystream), and in spite of having TONS of space in the bathroom, for whatever reason, they built the shower SUPER SMALL and cramped.

4. The only issues I experienced were lack of free wifi (we had to pay $10 for 24 hours) and very poor signal reception on the tele (later found out to be lose connections).

5. However, the worst of the experience was casued by the aggressive and lud picketing staff at the entrances to the hotel and the Hyatt management's total lack of protection for guests aside from trying to direct people to other doors.

10. This hotel is usually rated 4 stars and I'd say that's generous at best as it lacks some of the finer points but the place does have it's charm.
