1. I had a problem with the cleanliness of the bathroom at check in and while I have to say that the managers and supervisors handelef the situation appropriately, it took two cleans by housekeeping (with help from me) to get it clean.

5. It's a perfect location for the Wharf and SF Giants games, so I just hope they will fix that problem someday.

7. The only problem was that there was a strike when we arrived, Fortunately, the staff did allow us to enter by a side door so that we did not have to cross the picket line.
