1. My room was large and clean with a great view of the bay; the furnishings are a little dated, but not bad and I felt comfortable with the cleanliness, something that doesn't always happen.

You think all that was bad, the other members of our group that also reserved their room online and paid in full ahead of time, were upgraded to a suit finally after waiting in our room for over an hour were then told as they were checking out that the room they had stayed in normally costs $600 per night and that they would have to pay another $100 per night.
