1. ) right outside the window (in a small rooftop space), and the small coffee maker in the room had dirty water tank (have you looked into those at hotels?).

3. Reception offered a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience and offered to have it serviced (I'm a neat person so it wasn't so much about the room being dirty, but when you're paying a few hundred dollars a night, daily service should be expected.

9. I've seen everything upon checking into a room from questionable substances smeared across the desk, hair all over the bathroom, dirty glasses in the room, to odd stains on the carpet that I don't even want to contemplate.

Griselda was friendly and helpful at check-in, and we liked the hotel itself (carpet in room looked a bit tired) but had some service issues:-Bath amenities were not replenished-My colleague left clothes to be drycleaned and they were returned dirty with a rude note regarding what the cleaning folks thought was on the clothes (I won't repeat what the note said as it was vulgar)For what we paid, it was a good value, but not an outstanding stay by any means .
