1. Reception offered a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience and offered to have it serviced (I'm a neat person so it wasn't so much about the room being dirty, but when you're paying a few hundred dollars a night, daily service should be expected.

6. WHY ARE THE CUSTOMERS NEVER INFORMED ABOUT THEIR OPTIONS BEFORE WE PURCHASE? I would have had to inconvenience my husband during his busy schedule, but he would have booked through Hyatt.
