1. The Embarcadero room was slightly dated, decorated in darker, rich colors, and clean.

3. Rooms are well appointed and large, but fixtures are dated, the mini-bars have been ripped out, there is no decaf option in the coffee making facilities, the bath tub is minuscule and the toiletries are smelling rather vile.

8. Located conveniently off of the Embarcadero BART Line Station, the Hyatt Regency was comfortable, clean (although dated), and had the amenities I've come to expect from the Hyatt Flag.
