1. The street view was entertaining but the noise at night made sleep very difficult.

2. Rooms ok a little dark but that's just my taste, bathrooms ok but why put a tv in the mirror exactly at shaving height ( I am of average height ) very difficult to use.

7. The hotel area sees a high volume of transients as it is next to a park and is in the flat area of the city as opposed to up on the hills where carts are difficult to push.

8. Also it could be difficult to get access to either of the two pcs with internet access (no free wifi in the hotel rooms) as they were taken over by the kids and if you did manage to get onto a pc, there would be a queue of kids hovering around waiting for you to vacate.

9. Just a few disappointments:Regency Club was very busy as it was school holidays so didn`t have that 'exclusive'feel - in fact, breakfasts were busiest time and seats difficult to find.
