1. I was there on business at a conference and I thought the elevators were pretty slow and got backed up after each session, but how serious a shortcoming is that? One thing I definitely did not like was the bathroom; if you're a big person you're not going to be happy with the toilet, it's small and cramped (and I'm not that big).

2. The bathroom was pretty cramped, like that of a studio apartment, and had a slight but noticeable sewer smell (that is found all over SF, of course.

3. The water pressure was lacking (in spite of having a decent shower-head: Anystream), and in spite of having TONS of space in the bathroom, for whatever reason, they built the shower SUPER SMALL and cramped.
