1. Again, not great for those uncomfortable with heights, and I would never stay in the hotel with kids.

3. The concierge is a bit misinformed, they continually suggest the F line for transport although its quite full and uncomfortable.

5. The doormen (especially in the early morning) will push a private car so aggressively to the point that it's uncomfortable, and they blatantly lie about the cost of a taxi to the airport in order to make the limo driver's price seem reasonable.
