6. Understand that things go wrong but when it was reported to the hotel they said they would let the manager know - never heard from anyone and the next day i made sure to use my own alarm clock.

The food was over priced and terrible, the valet service wait took 20 minutes or more and the people getting your car expected a hand out every time, the internet coverage did not work and the charge for this service was expensive, I had to wait 5 minutes or more every time I required service at the front desk, the rooms were tiny, and my biggest complaint was that they charged my room to the wrong credit card even though I gave explicit instructions which card to charge the room to and they refused to remedy the situation when I tried to address it.

8. Booked for Westin Saint Francis Union Square on the internet site,but did not book myself,arrived by taxi from SFO was informed by the reception of the wrong booking and we were not the first one today to make this mistake.

9. Sent us to the wrong place twice to return our rental car and upon calling for assistance again, pretty much stated that there was nothing that they could do for us as it was the car rental web site that had not been updated.
