4. The only downside for me was that there is no coffee shop / coffee stand in the lobby, you must buy coffee from the restaurant and that is a bit of a hassle - but other than that, the hotel is great and I will definitely be back.

5. The bellman rolled my box on one of the Westin carts all the way to the front door of Moscone so I didn't have to have the hassle.

9. Eventually the third person we talked to was able to find the record of it and it was all straightened out, however it was a lot of hassle that somewhat ruined our experience.
