1. While I do understand mistakes happen, and hotels do get overbooked, the least I expect is an explanation, smile and apology.

4. Booked for Westin Saint Francis Union Square on the internet site,but did not book myself,arrived by taxi from SFO was informed by the reception of the wrong booking and we were not the first one today to make this mistake.

9. They did charge us for items that we didn't consume, so that was upsetting, however they fixed the mistake immediately.
