1. The doormen are rude; the front desk staff are inexperienced and snarky (if someone from the Westin is reading this I'd be happy to provide more detailed feedback); and the folks on the telephone are curt and unhelpful.

6. Second: After a unhelpful and slow service provided by the Conciege, I finally got my room key, my baggages still unattended, I decide to unload my baggages from the trolley and carry to my room myself.
