1. The restaurant is lacking but it has a nice little outdoor area with a firepit.

2. Yes, rooms are a little compact, but the Westin design is soothing, great interiors and what lacks in size is made up in sophisticated interior design.

3. I couldn't help but notice the lack of available Wi-Fi service anywhere in the hotel unless you paid $15 per day---even in the common areas of the hotel there was no public wi-fi.

4. I hope they didn't prevent us from getting rooms because they were trying to find rooms on the same floor, that just lacks initiative.

5. Macys, Neiman Marcus, Emporio, Levis, Gap and the Apple store and round the corner the various large shopping centers of Market street housing Bloomingdales, Banana Rep, Zara, Crumplers, Timberland, Karen Millen etc etc; There is a lack of atmosphere and flair to the old.
