1. The only downside I can see is that room service is not available for lunch, but unless you sequestered on a business conference call, who would not want to go out to the scads of great restaurants in SF for lunch? After having stayed at many properties in SF, this one had become my favorite.

6. The only downside for me was that there is no coffee shop / coffee stand in the lobby, you must buy coffee from the restaurant and that is a bit of a hassle - but other than that, the hotel is great and I will definitely be back.

10. We arrived late and left our car - which is a big downside of the hotel, $54/night parking, which I have to say, is probably about right for hotel parking in the city, but still ridiculous.
