1. I try to be very careful to turn off lights and A/C as to not waste electricity, so this annoyed me.

5. I won't belabor this, but it took 3 more times to get a key that worked, which was annoying, but not nearly as irritating as the lack of care, concern, or apology from the guy at the front desk.
