2. My stay was paid with using SPG points, maybe thats why they didnt feel the need to go out of their way? Front desk was cold, unfriendly, put us in a room that was basically a closet (I guess all the rooms ending in 22 are like this I was told later).

4. Hotel staff were aloof as others have said, not unfriendly, just aloof and could have made an extra effort to smile and greet guests.
