1. maybe its a safety/liability issue but you'd think a San Fran hotel would be a little more 'green'.

2. Internet access was good, but my one complaint was that the restaurant in the hotel is not very good, although there are a number of good restaurants nearby, so this is not an issue, unless you are in a hurry in the morning.

5. There is no one at the hotel who can deal with internet issues, so I had to call an outside company.

6. As I mentioned before, all the issues were solved (I wonder if Gold SPG status mattered?) and I received several emails from different managers making sure everything was OK.

7. The reservation was in my name, but my flight was getting in after my parents, so I was a little worried about issues with checking in and room upgrade (gold status with SPG).

8. If I was travelling solo on business it would be less of an issue, but my husband and I were basically climbing over each other-The bathrooms are also tiny and in need of a renovation/update - low ceilings, peeling grout, etc.
