3. The 2nd time we checked in, we were given a room on the highest floor (36th) which had no street noise but the view was fantastic: same aspect, but we could see Union Square, San Francisco Bay and the top of the Bay bridge on the other side.

6. The other Westin on Powell street was not very helpful when I called for information, yelling at me for entering the number in my phone as they gave it to me, because it made too much noise and hurt their ears.

8. Only negative point- room 3220 had a strange noise coming from the ceiling-sounded like a cart being dragged back and forth across the floor? We were out most of the time, but it could get irritating for travellers who would want to come back for breaks in there day.

9. The only complaint I have is my room was next to the service entrance so there was a lot of noise when carts were being moved in and out.
