1. negatives: The fact that we were on honeymoon was completely ignored (we later loved san fran so much we booked a fabulous 5* hotel up on Nob Hill for a further 3 nights which made a really big deal of the fact that we were just married which put the Westin to shame.

5. Only negative point- room 3220 had a strange noise coming from the ceiling-sounded like a cart being dragged back and forth across the floor? We were out most of the time, but it could get irritating for travellers who would want to come back for breaks in there day.
