2. Once, after waiting and not being able to get on two fully-packed elevators, I somehow got off on the wrong floor and had to wait yet another 5 minutes.

3. The tv was strange, was HD, but I think, not a HD connection? I may be putting that wrong, but everyone looked stretched, so made for a strange experience.

4. The rooms are drafty, and the lobby turned into a fancy looking restaurant that does not serve past lunch? Did not try it, figured it was a rip off, but I may be wrong.

5. Don't get me wrong, the room was decorated nicely, and the bathroom was all marble with a big all glass shower.

7. Also, the service was excellent- we had some challenges with an error that I made with the reservation (accidently selecting the wrong month), and they were very helpful in assisting us in working it out.

10. The room did not match the discription of the room at all, It was so off we took our luggage back down stairs to let the hotel staff know that they gave us the wrong room.
