i even had called ahead to see if i could upgrade to a suite as the person i was traveling with just had surgery and the reservationist was not helpful and stated that he can only check when we arrive and could not handle that request over the phone?? Have no idea why this would be such a
problem

the physical space for the hallway made it feel like the walls were closing in on you it was so small.

and coming from someone who has worked at several hotel chains, the front desk employees may use discretion, but it is definitely not something that is overlooked, because we KNOW the long term affects of such a
problem
.
