1. Booked an executive king suite as a splurge; first night we enter into a tiny room that has a couch and a big TV, really cramped, into a narrow hallway to the bedroom.

6. The staff was very friendly, albeit rather uncoordinated ( had to call 3 different departments to get our luggage taken down to our car)The regular rooms feel a bit cramped so upgrade to a suite if you can, and dont expect a bathtub unless you ask specifically.
