3. however I have encountered MANY guests when I worked as a receptionist that find fault with anything they can to get a free night stay OR to avoid being charged for something they realized they couldn't afford.

5. I really hate writing negative reviews (especially over so small an amount of money), but hopefully this may allow people to avoid a similar error, which could well be for a less trifling amount.

7. Business center is a nice touch to avoid paying the daily WiFi fee.

8. In fact everything is small including the elevators, basically they are built for 2-3 riders at most, however as with anything people will try to cram on just to avoid waiting for the next elevator.
