The room was supplied with four GLASS glasses (how I
hate
plastic cups wrapped in plastic -- something one finds all too often even in 'better' hotels) which were replaced daily.

Glad they did that as this room was adequate but I would

I really
hate
writing negative reviews (especially over so small an amount of money), but hopefully this may allow people to avoid a similar error, which could well be for a less trifling amount.

I
hate
it when in a roomy dining area you are made sit so close to other diners you do not know that you can see their nasal hair, and this is what happened to me at the Allerton.

One of the things I really
hate
d about this hotel was that you enter on the first floor, only to take an elevator to the second floor to transfer to another elevator that takes you to the floor your room is on.
