downside
is that old-renovated hotels tend to have that stuffy enclosed feeling as it seems every time they renovate the spaces get smaller.

On the
downside
, in-room internet is an up-charge (however the nice desk lady comp'd it for us) and the basic rooms, while swanky, are very small.

This hotel is in a great location on Michigan avenue for dining and shopping it's all on your doorstep but the
downside
is the rooms are small and if your in a room overlooking the avenue then you may need earplugs for a good night sleep .

The only
downside
is that rooms were too small but again, it is downtown Chicago and space is limited.
