We were forewarned from prior reviews: yes, the room was very small (not to mention the drawers were tiny, there's only about a foot around the end of the bed to get to the other side, had to reach over the toilet to turn on the shower--difficult for a pregnant little person like me), yes the elevators were small and SLOW (we even experienced the elevator competition with the flight attendants=even slower), yes the WiFi is NOT free except in the lounge.
