6. unfortunately, these are the only staff names I have in housekeeping but if at all possible, I would like for someone to go through my stays and see who have been assigned to my rooms and provide acknowledgements for a 'consistent' job well done.

7. The complimentary Acura dropoff service was fantastic and those drivers were some of the nicest service we had form the hotel all week, unfortunately they were Acura employees and not affiliated with The W at all.
