1. As I have worked in the hospitality industry for all of my life, I get it - things happen - what gets me is the front desk clerk who put my health in jeopardy by lying about the room category - especially after I advised her I have severe asthma and would be sick - At the end of the day, I want a full refund for the night's stay at a minimum - it is fortunate for you that I live in Canada and did not incur any out of pocket expenses from my trip to emergency trip or I would be seeking those funds as well.

2. Who knew we had a concierge/comedian working at the W? Well, both Robert and his blonde co-worker proceeded to laugh at his funny joke at our expense - and then they told us about an underpass to get across Lake Shore Drive.
