5. All the staff were helpful - restaurant staff heated bottles for us while we enjoyed the outside rocking chairs in the afternoons and room service staff crept in quietly with dinner to make sure they didn't wake the baby.

6. Bar food and room service food and drinks were also of a high standard - and ending a busy day of sightseeing with a drink and snack on a rocking chair looking at Lake Michigan is priceless.
