1. Also, it is difficult to find food near the hotel in the evening.

4. It would be difficult to isolate each one and remember the specific dates in a separate note, but believe me, they are all real experiences and are memorable moments I have carried with me each week I walk back into your W Lakeshore hotel, just like tonight.

5. Believe me, those kinds of personal touches, even when requested in advance, can be very difficult for staff to follow through on simply because they are so busy.
