1. I had a problem with a package being delivered late (I had already left) and in five minutes over the phone he got the packages, prepared everything and sent them to my next destination.

9. You are lucky to have her at the W Lakeshore - Ashley Sarpong: I do not recall ever meeting this Ashley, but I have to say, that she has been instrumental when I have had issues with the room (stale, moldy smells, plumbing problems, blind problems).
