1. The room was also fabulous, but my only complaint is that there was no outlet on either side of the bed.

8. Also, this is more of a general complaint about Starwood properties, but it happened to us at the W Lakeshore too, and it really irks me: at the check-in desk, there is always a designated line for Starwood Gold and Platinum members.
