1. They promise free internet, but its only free in the noisy and uncomfortable lobby, so people are sitting everywhere trying to get a signal -- which is weak and slow.

I had a great trip with family and teenrestaurant was goodyes it is a 'bar scene' lower level but no one was out of controlrestaurant was a little slow sometimes but overall good and food was goodI get concerned with the bad reviews as when I read that customer service doesnt care I equate that with dirty bathroomsI would go backyes elevators are slow but come on its not that bad (imo).
