1. Difficult and rude staff.

2. After being told on our first day to check out Yolk for breakfast after check-in and walking there to discover a 30 minute wait and rude staff as well, we walked two more blocks and were sat at West Egg Cafe immediately and had one of the best breakfasts we had the entire trip.

3. Negatives: The first concierge we talked to was rude and unhelpful-- we asked about booking spa services and he looked at us like we had just insulted his mother.
