2. I wasn't as impressed with the front desk staff unfortunately but had little dealings with them after an initial mess up when six rooms had been booked in my aunt's name (the hotel's fault, she clearly only required one).

3. unfortunately no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but this was available free in the lobby area but only in the mornings I think.
