1. Only after really messing with it did I get it to work, with less than acceptable water temperatures though.

2. The mini bar was not cold (I think it was a wine storage thing and not a fridge), and the TV was a mess - the DVD player wasn't hooked up right and the surround sound was broken.

3. I wasn't as impressed with the front desk staff unfortunately but had little dealings with them after an initial mess up when six rooms had been booked in my aunt's name (the hotel's fault, she clearly only required one).
