1. The only compliant from my husband was that the TV wasn't a flat screen which wasn't a problem at all since we didn't watch much TV since we were either sleeping or out and about.

2. I do feel that internat connection shud be free - why can I go to Starbucks and spend a few dollars on a coffee and get free internet but spend hundreds on a room over four nights and have to pay for WiFi?The Whiskey Bar and Grill is OK but I would have thought an additional more sophisticated eatery appropriate for this establishment - perhaps the problem is all the alternatives nearby.

7. When we called the front desk to report the problem, they basically accused us of making it happen by flooding the bathroom (granted we wouldn't have even had time to take a shower).

9. The hotel is located a bit of a way from the down down/city centre part of Chicago, however this isn't a problem as it is only a couple of subway stops to the centre.
