4. However, there were FOUR front desk staff with no one waiting - couldn`t they have pitched in? We asked for a deposit box for our jewelry and cash and the one they gave us was very difficult to open - so much so that the staff who retrieved it for us in later days bemoaned the original placement and said they should have given us another box that worked properly.

5. Getting to the rest of the city was not too difficult, with Michigan Avenue buses heading for Lincoln Park, the Loop, Museum Campus, and Grant Park, and with two Red Line subway stations (Chicago/State and Clark/Division) a 10-minute walk away.
