1. Their prime gold coast location is excellent, the cleanliness of the room was great, the only negative was the broken air condition and how the check out agent handled the situation.

3. When staying in room 814 I noticed there to be faulty extension chords behind the television set, only the left speaker in the room worked, and the shower appeared to be broken.

7. On the 1st nite upon arrival, we returned to find our hotel room lock broken, given much better upgrade, but felt not fully compensated for such a huge inconvenience in moving rooms,greatlocation on Rush Street for nice restaurants.
