1. we upgraded to a corner room - the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were really bad, the metal panel hiding the air conditioning unit fell off the wall, the lamp on one night stand didn't work.

4. The window in the living area was just to the hallway (which seemed odd) and had wooden blinds that let in a lot of light - and there was a very bright hall light just outside the room so sleeping was very uncomfortable in that room.

6. The window shades in the rooms aren't sufficient enough to block out the incredibly bright lights from the lobby, and the sofa has a typically uncomfortable spring mattress that is difficult to sleep on.
