1. Public areas not kept up and dated, dirty and in need of vaccuming, staff would walk by garbage and just leave it instead of taking initiative to pick up and leave a better impression on guests.

3. The rooms are terribly dated - the decor was meh, our headboard that was nailed to the wall came off and the carpet gamey which gave the room a dirty feel.

5. There were minor deferred maintenance issues that the housekeeping staff of the hotel needed to address that included dusting of the lamp shades in our suite, cleaning of the dirty stairwells, and better maintenance of the two sets of coin operated washers and dryers.
