A very
inconvenient
aspect was that you had to take one elevator from street to lobby, then walk halfway around lobby area to find elevators up to rooms--very awkward and time consuming when in and out a lot during day.

I understand that this set-up discourages non-guests from hanging out in the lobby and using the restrooms, but it is slightly

I don't expect them to bend over backwards apologizing, but a simple 'we're sorry for the
inconveni
ence' would have been nice.

The clerk didn't offer any apology for the earlier
inconveni

And you had to go to a separate set of elevators to get to your room (which was a pain when you entered and exited the hotel, but it was a minor
inconveni
ence, plus, it added a layer of security which is important in a place like Chicago.
