2. These long lines are not because the hotel is lacking in workers or don't care, they do care and there are plenty of workers, the hotel is just so big it cannot support the rush of people eating at the same time.

8. I have stayed here on a least 6 occasions in the past because of the good location but because of the poor service and the lack of cleanliness I will not return.

9. The manager's reception was better in the way of drinks than the Embassy in Rosemont, but the snacks were still a little lacking, 2 kinds of similar snack mix and tortilla chips just don't do it for me all the time.
