1. we upgraded to a corner room - the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were really bad, the metal panel hiding the air conditioning unit fell off the wall, the lamp on one night stand didn't work.

2. We were on the tenth floor--it's quiet in the bedroom, but the atrium design makes it so you can hear the action going on in the lobby when you're in the sitting room but it wasn't too bad.
