3. Bell staff down in the alley (hotel main entrance) always seemed otherwise occupied - we never trusted leaving our luggage with them and usually used the side door of the hotel to avoid all the cigarette smoke.

4. Breakfast line was ok if you like to get up early and hit it up but dont wait to long as the lines get extremely long for that too, we went to Einsteins one morning to avoid the lines.
