Firstly the walls are paper thin and for the first two nights our 'neighbors' were really
loud
late at night.

We moved rooms because the neighbors were so
loud
, but we found the same problem even after we moved to a new room.

Average selection and it does get crowded if you sleep in as all of the families with
loud
hungry kids flood the lobby before heading out for their daily adventures.
"Would stay there again, not for people with acrophobia. "

Downside was I slept on the sofa bed which is by the window and there were rowdy guests from a wedding that were quite
loud
in the wee hours of the morning.
"Great hotel....wonderful breakfast, cocktail hour, and perfect for sharing room with colleagues for conference "

Lobby waterfall was not working but probably would have been

Only two things were annoying -- the elevators arrival bells are
loud
, and the bright light outside the room that leaked through the wooden shutter into the living room would have been very bright if we had children sleeping there.

Walls are very thin, and you can hear the people next to you if they are somewhat
loud
, as well as those above you through the vent.

The only thing to be wary of is that this hotel does cater to large groups so there were a lot of very
loud
children running around - which, can be fine if you have children - but can also be a distraction if you are looking for some solitude.
"Will certainly be going back "

The bedrooms were separate from the living area, so they were quiet even when the atrium was
loud
.
