1. Surprisingly, that was the only thing that i could find that was wrong.

2. Furthermore, don't get me wrong - the hotel is still quite ok, it just seems more like an average 3* hotel rather than how I would normally regard hotels under the Hyatt brand, and then the price is not in line with the standard.

4. If all you need is a clean, decent sized room, a good location and the knowledge that you have a decent brand behind you then you can't go far wrong with the Hyatt.

9. The lobby and rest of the hotel had been 'got at' by an interior design team which plainly did not like signs, so you constantly got people getting in the wrong elevator for the floors they required, and on getting out of the elevator you did not know in which direction to go for your room.
